Tuesday, August 6, 2024, the residents of the City of York will join millions of others across the country in getting to know their neighbors and making their neighborhoods safer.
On Friday July 12, 2024, at 6:37 pm, the City of York Department of Fire/Rescue Services was dispatched to 417 S. Albemarle St. for a structure fire. Upon arrival there was heavy fire showing from the first and second floors already through the roof on the Albemarle side extending well into the structure.
Christmas is less than six months away. That makes it time again for the City of York to announce its search for the best tree to place on Continental Square for the upcoming holiday season.
