The City of York Department of Economic and Community Development is announcing the Micro Business grant application for those City businesses impacted by COVID-19. Applications will be accepted until May 18, 2020.
Together, the City of York, the Downtown York Business Improvement District, the York County Planning Commission, and the York County Economic Alliance have partnered with nationally known Fourth Economy Consultants to help align stakeholders around a common vision and develop a countywide strategic action plan.
York City curbside customers may resume placing yard waste at their designated pick-up point for collection <u>on their normal recycling day</u>, beginning Monday, May 4<sup>th</sup>.
In order to continue sanitation efforts, the City of York wishes to inform our residents and visitors that street sweeping has resumed at normal scheduled times.
In an effort to encourage social distancing, the City of York Department of Public Works will be making changes to city parks that include restricting access to playground equipment, skateboarding facilities, and basketball courts.
To provide access to essential services in our downtown core we will continue to enforce meter parking in the Market District. All other meter enforcement in the city is suspended.
