York City Parking will resume enforcement of the parking meters, parking lots, and operation of the parking garages located at 41 E. Market St., 25 W. Philadelphia St., and 15 W. King St. beginning Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
The City of York is collaborating with the York County Food Bank, York Fresh Food Farms, and other community partners to increase access to fresh fruits and vegetables and other healthy foods by implementing a farm-to-pantry initiative as well as educational activities that promote healthy eating.
The City of York Department of Economic and Community Development is announcing the Micro Business grant application for those City businesses impacted by COVID-19. Applications will be accepted until May 18, 2020.
Together, the City of York, the Downtown York Business Improvement District, the York County Planning Commission, and the York County Economic Alliance have partnered with nationally known Fourth Economy Consultants to help align stakeholders around a common vision and develop a countywide strategic action plan.
York City curbside customers may resume placing yard waste at their designated pick-up point for collection <u>on their normal recycling day</u>, beginning Monday, May 4<sup>th</sup>.
