On March 11, 2021, President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) into law. The $1.9 trillion Fiscal Recovery Funds package is intended to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, including public health and economic impacts.

The open houses are meant to provide an opportunity for residents to share their ideas for the parks and interact with the design team. The City of York is in the process of developing Master Plans for the parks. The Master Plans will provide a blueprint for future improvements to the existing and potentially new park facilities. Your thoughts and ideas are important to help establish priorities for future park site enhancements. We look forward to seeing you at one of the open houses.

Due to the water restrictions that York Water Company has put into effect as of Friday, September 16, 2023, the Garden Club of York will be limiting the watering of the hanging baskets and planting containers to which they attend around the City of York.
