On Monday February 20, 2023, the City of York Department of Fire/Rescue Services two (2) newest members will be sworn in by Mayor Michael Helfrich at 11:00 am at City Hall (101 S George St. York, PA 17401) in Council Chambers.
Coby Lease was born in York and raised in East Berlin. He has been an active volunteer firefighter and has attended several fire related classes through HACC, including Fire 1 and 2. His hobbies include spending time with family and playing sports. He wanted to be a York City Firefighter because the department is very fast paced and progressive.
Logan Love was born in York. He received an associate degree from HACC in Police Sciences. He enjoys hiking, fishing, and the outdoors. It was his wish to be a Firefighter for the city of York to serve a city he grew up around.
