The City of York announces the 2019 Trunk or Treat event happening on October 31, 2019 from 6pm-7:30 p.m. at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church.
The 2019 Trunk or Treat event will provide a safe and welcoming environment for “trick or treating” for York City families on Halloween night.
Children participating in trunk or treat should be accompanied by an adult. This a FREE event for the entire York City community. There will be food, prizes, and a bounce house. The York City Police and Fire/Rescue Departments will be there to interact with the community.
Vehicle Registration
Vehicles wishing to register should email Tina Charles at yorkcitytrunkortreat@gmail.com or LaQuinn Thompson at lthompson@stmatt.org
Registration is free and prizes will be awarded for most creative trunk displays. Vehicles must be in place and ready to for treating by 5:30pm.
Candy Rules
Candy must be sealed/wrapped (no homemade treats). You may handout items other than candy (pencils, school supplies, etc.). Sponsors and donations are welcome.
