Mayor Bracey’s 5th Annual Minority and Women Owned Business Luncheon
On Tuesday March 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., Mayor C. Kim Bracey will hold her 5th Annual Minority and Women Owned Business Luncheon: Growing Diverse Business in the City of York, located at Marketview Arts, 35 W. Philadelphia Street. There will be a $25.00 fee for the event.
The Keynote Speaker for the event will be Vera Cornish, a local seasoned strategist, facilitator and publisher known for her organizational and professional development practices throughout varied corporations, government entities, nonprofit organizations, and individuals across the nation.
The event will include a breakout session on Spotting Opportunity, Structuring Organizations, & Managing Operations. In addition, Mayor Bracey will honor and recognize four established female entrepreneurs in the City of York with the 2017 Women of Excellence Award:
The event will also provide the opportunity to raise awareness of the diverse businesses in our community and strengthen the network of diverse businesses within the community. “This is a great opportunity to provide an outlet for our minority and women owned businesses in our community to network and gain invaluable resources that can assist in the perseverance of their businesses,” stated Mayor Bracey.
