City Council Legislative Meeting – CANCELED

Due to inclement weather, freezing temperatures, and potentially unsafe road conditions, York City Council has CANCELED its January 16, 2024, legislative meeting that was scheduled for 6PM in City Council Chambers, 101 S. George St., York, PA.

York City Council President Edquina Washington said, “The wellbeing of our staff and citizens is paramount, and we do not want to risk their safety, especially considering the freezing temperatures and potentially hazardous road conditions once the sun goes down. Please be safe, stay warm, and avoid any unnecessary travel.”

Council will hold its committee meeting on January 24, 2024, at 6PM in Council Chambers. Council’s next legislative meeting is scheduled for February 6, 2024, at 6PM in Council Chambers.
