NOTICE OF CITY OF YORK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
CDBG funds must be used to meet at least one of the following federal objectives: Benefit to low and moderate-income persons; prevention or elimination of blight; and urgent need.
