YORK CITY PLAN REVIEW AND PERMIT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
In an effort to improve customer service and to be more environmentally responsible, the City of York Bureau of Permits, Planning and Zoning will be changing its plan submission requirements. Formerly developers and individuals undertaking projects in the City of York were required to submit three paper sets of construction documents, in addition to three sets of electronic submissions.
Effective Monday, September 16, 2012, only one paper and two electronic document submissions will be required. It is anticipated that this will significantly reduce the amount of paper required, saving time and the cost of document creation.
An additional change will be that the $35 administrative fee for permits will be due at the time of the permit application. All other submittal requirements remain unchanged. If you have any questions about the permitting process, please contact Kelli Hill at email@example.com or 717-849-2256
