Northwest Triangle RFP

The City of York, Pennsylvania is requesting proposals from qualified development teams for the York Redevelopment Authority ("RDA") owned area of land for redevelopment into a mixed-use neighborhood that will build upon recent development made in the Stadium District adjacent to the Codorus Creek. The parcel is located within the Northwest Triangle (NWT) Redevelopment Area created by the City of York in 2006. Proposals may be submitted for the entire redevelopment area, or selected tracts of land therein. The RDA will evaluate proposals with scoring criteria for the highest and best use of the land either in aggregate or individual by parcel. In the event of complementary proposals, the RDA may coordinate participating parties for potential joint uses and development of the site.
