David Satterlee, a Democrat, was appointed to City Council on October 22, 2012 to fill a vacancy, and will serve until the first Monday of January 2014. David is the Chair of the Public Works Committee of Council, and member of the Police, Fire, and Rules & Administrative Code Committees.
