Albert S. Weyer Health Center

Health Bureau staff are available for Immunizations, HIV Testing and Counseling, and Tuberculosis Testing and Treatment, and Childhood Lead Poison screening. Most services provided at the Annex are free to York City residents.

Rapid HIV Testing
